The 50 m² sail covers an area used for pressing grapes during the harvest period. It is attached to the roof by means of a continuous adjustable tensioning system in order to drain water into the existing gutter. The tensile structure is anchored to four tension poles and is supported by a ridge cable that gives the fabric its double-pitched shape.
