To cover the outdoor dining area of the villa, a typical hypar-shaped tensile structure was built. The four pillars, two tall and two short, are made of wood with stainless steel plate inserts to allow for articulation at the base and attachment of the fabric and stays at the top. Tension is applied to the fabric by means of four stainless steel stays.
