Info: Hospitality for Ducati SBK racing team
The Ducati Superbike hospitality facility consists of two semi-trailers and a roof made of inflatable beams (tensarity) that connects them. The five beams are made of polyurethane-coated fabric to ensure maximum light translucency. The beams are inflated at a pressure of 110 millibars and are 13 m long. Once deflated, these elements are stored on the roof of one of the two semi-trailers, making assembly and transport of the structure quick and easy once dismantled. The hospitality interior including the front façade in rigid panels, rear façade in fabric, flooring and lighting system (already integrated into the beams) is assembled by 4 people in 8 hours.
The smart roof consists of 5 Tensairity beams which spans 12 m covering the are between two semi-trailers. The beams are transported assembled (total length 12.95) at the top of the roof of the semi trailer. LED lighting system is integrated in the beam illuminating both the beam and the area below.
