On the occasion of the FuoriSalone 2024, as part of the Interni Cross Vision exhibition-event, Amazon will present ‘The Amazing Walk’, an installation designed by MAD Architects.
For the occasion, Maco Technology has created the entire installation including a 700 square metre swimming pool and a self-supporting structure made of triangular aluminium façade panels and PVC-coated polyester mesh composed of no less than 149 triangles of different shapes and orientations. The “mountain” houses an exhibition space of approximately 100 square metres.
‘The Amazing Walk’ represents an inspirational journey that transports the visitor to an evocative setting, where the majesty of a mountain is reflected on a body of water. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk along a path suspended over the water, a metaphorical symbol of the customers’ journey to explore the products of their interest. Crossing the mountain, the visitor will have an immersive experience.
