Info: Cover for children's playground
The playground at the shopping center is covered by two sail gazebos measuring 6×5 on the diagonals. There are many playgrounds in Italy and abroad that need covers to provide shaded areas where children and parents can rest. For this reason, Maco Technology, in collaboration with Kompan (www.kompan.it), a leading company in the field of children’s playgrounds, has developed a modular covering system that can be integrated into both new and existing playgrounds without compromising safety or the use of the attractions. In particular, the sail system allows for flexible coverage of areas from 16 to 30 square meters with 4 support points, without cables or tie rods.
Available in various colors and sizes, sail gazebos are the ideal playground covers that allow for easy coverage of small areas with an attractive appearance typical of tensile structures. While the proposed covers are standard and modular, various customized solutions are being studied in order to create covers and shaded areas for larger areas. In this case, the covers will extend above the playground equipment, and the strut supports will be positioned around the perimeter of the playground.
