Client: I-mesh for the Archaeological Park of PompeiiData: July 2025
Info: 72 sliding panels measuring approximately 3mx4
Design production and assembly of 72 panels measuring approximately 4mx3m for a total of approximately 860 square metres. These panels protect the artefacts and the setting up of the north and south portico of the Palestra Grande of the archaeological site of Pompeii. The panels consist of a painted aluminium frame which tensions the custom-made I-mesh canvas. The sheet, made of basalt fibre, reproduces the geometry of the Roman Opus Reticolatum in a modern key.
